A WORD FROM OUR FOUNDER

I had worked in the electrical trade for fifteen years when I saw a need for an electrical contractor that could and would cater to the needs of the customer. The customer that wanted to talk to a live person not a answering machine. All to often I would hear one of three complaints: #1 "I called several businesses and only got recordings". #2 "I called several times and no one will bother to return my phone call". #3 "Apparently my job is not big enough to mess with". As a result since starting our business in 2000, we are continually complimented on our responsiveness.
